At Gadgetoma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We work with international fulfillment partners to deliver quality products worldwide. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds, replacements, or store credit.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Damaged Products: If your item arrives significantly damaged, we will provide a full refund or free replacement. For partially damaged items (excluding minor cosmetic issues from international shipping like slight scratches or dented packaging), we offer a partial refund or replacement.
  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered, we will issue a full refund or send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, we will resend the missing items or issue a partial refund.
  • Product Not Received: If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no delivery after the expected delivery window (45 days for US orders, 60 days for other countries), we will investigate and issue a refund or resend.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be fully refunded if canceled before the item has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after the product has shipped
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout (returned or undeliverable packages due to wrong address are the customer’s responsibility)
  • Damaged outer packaging only (the box, not the product) due to international shipping
  • Minor cosmetic differences such as slight color variations from product photos
  • Refused delivery or failure to pick up from the local post office
  • Customs delays or seizures due to local import regulations in the destination country
  • Products that have been used, altered, or are no longer in their original condition

4. Timeframe for Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within the following timeframes:

  • Damaged or wrong products: Within 30 days of delivery
  • Non-delivery claims (US): After 45 days from order shipment
  • Non-delivery claims (International): After 60 days from order shipment
  • Order cancellation: Before the order has been processed and shipped

Claims submitted after these windows may not be eligible for resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a claim, please contact our support team with:

  1. Your order number and the email used at checkout
  2. Clear photos or video showing the issue (damaged item, wrong product, etc.)
  3. A brief description of the problem

We aim to respond to all claims within 24-48 hours and resolve most issues within 5-7 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (the card or payment service used at checkout via Stripe). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Returns & Shipping Items Back

Due to the nature of international shipping, we generally do not require you to return the product. In most cases, we will issue a refund or send a replacement without asking you to ship the item back.

In rare cases where a return is requested (high-value items), we will provide instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • We will provide the return address and instructions

8. Product Warranty

All electronic products sold on Gadgetoma are covered by our 30-day quality guarantee. If your product is defective or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos or video evidence of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water damage (unless the product is rated water-resistant), or normal wear and tear.

9. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

International shipping times can vary due to customs processing, local postal service capacity, holidays, and other factors. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs inspections, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best solution.
